Each watercolour portrait takes approximately 8–10 minutes per couple (a little longer for families of up to four), depending on the style and level of detail. On average, I can create 4–5 couple portraits or up to 10 solo guest portraits per hour.

I require a minimum booking of 4 hours to ensure I have enough time to create quality illustrations for your guests. However, if you’re interested in a shorter booking, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to discuss options that work for your event!

I’ll have a dedicated setup at your event where guests can stop by for their portraits. I take a quick photo of them, then start painting while they return to celebrating—no need for long posing! Once finished, their portrait is carefully packaged and ready for pickup before the event ends, leaving them with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind keepsake.

All I require is a designated space with a table and chair—I’ll handle everything else! I bring all the necessary materials and equipment, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you and your guests.

I offer a post-wedding illustration service, where I take photos of your guests during the wedding and complete their portraits in my studio afterward. Once finished, I’ll send them to you for distribution. This is a popular option for hosts who want every guest to receive a keepsake!

Once we finalise the details, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and cover material costs. The remaining balance is due six weeks before your event, and I’ll send a friendly reminder two weeks before the due date.
